Recover the time you worked but never recorded

Day Review turns the activity already recorded inside your matters into draft time entries at the end of each day. You accept, edit or reject every one.

Day Review

Recover the work you already did.

LexFlow looks at activity already recorded inside the matter — document work, meetings, hearings, comments, client communication and AI activity — and groups it into a review queue at the end of the day.

You see what the system found, the matter it belongs to and the proposed description. Then you accept, edit or reject. Nothing becomes billable just because an algorithm guessed.

AcceptEditReject

Nothing is billed until you accept.

How it works

  • 1You work as usual. Document edits, meetings, hearings, comments, client messages and AI conversations inside LexFlow leave a trace on the matter.
  • 2Every evening LexFlow groups those traces into work sessions, one matter at a time.
  • 3For each session it proposes a description and shows the activity window it was built from.
  • 4You set or confirm the minutes, the description and whether the time is billable, then accept, edit or reject the draft.
  • 5An accepted draft becomes a time entry and moves on to your unbilled work and invoices.

What it looks at

  • Document work
  • Meetings
  • Hearings
  • Comments
  • Client messages
  • AI conversations

What it does not do

It does not watch your screen, your inbox or other apps. It uses only the activity recorded inside LexFlow, and nothing becomes billable until you accept it.
